Good evening and thanks for stopping by TD Helps, Victoria! That's a great question you asked and we'll be happy to provide the ways that you can receive copies of your bank statements.
You'll be pleased to know that you are more than welcome to receive a copy of your bank statement through any TD Bank drive-thru! Click here: http://bit.ly/TDStores to find a TD Bank near you. For security purposes, please have Identification with you (driver's license, passport, etc.).
Another convenient option you have to receive copies of your bank statements is through Online Banking. If you're not currently enrolled for Online Banking, you may do so by clicking here: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY. Please have your account number, debit card number and Social Security number available. If you have any trouble signing up, please contact our Banking Specialists, 24/7 at 888-751-9000.
Once you're enrolled, please sign into your account, click on the account that you'd like to view and select the Statements tab. From there, you may choose the statement that you'd like to view and or copy. If you'd like to receive a statement copy via mail or if you don't have a printer, that's ok. You can send us a secured message requesting a statement copy to be mailed to your home address. . To send a secured message, please sign into your account and select "Send a message"; which is located underneath the Message Center on the left hand side of the page. Please allow 7-10 business days for shipping.
If you should have any additional questions, feel free to give us a call 24/7 at the telephone number mentioned above or visit us at any TD Bank Store during lobby hours.
We hope this helps you, Victoria and have a great one!
