The easiest way to obtain your statements is via online banking. If you are already enrolled for on-line banking, after logging onto your account from here http://bit.ly/1eaISlq, please follow the steps below to obtain your statements:
1. Click on the accounts link at the top of the screen 2. Click on the account number you would like to view statements on 3. Click on the “Statements & Notices” tab. 4. Choose the statement period you would like to view and click “View Statement” 5. You may then click the print icon if you would like to print a copy of your statement
If you have not yet enrolled for online banking and have a TD Bank debit card, please follow this link to first enroll for our online service http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY If you do not have a TD Bank debit card or are experiencing any difficulties while doing the online enrollment, you may contact our Banking specialists who are available 24/7 for assistance. When calling our Banking Specialists at 888-751-9000, we do require account verification, for security purposes.
If you are enrolled for our BusinessDirect online banking, after logging in your account from here http://bit.ly/1rvBmq8, please follow the steps below to obtain your statements:
1. Click on the accounts link at the top of the screen 2. Click “Statements” 3. Choose the statement period you would like to view and click “View Statement” 4. You may then click the print icon if you would like to print a copy of your statements
We may also mail the statement copies to your address on file per your request. You may submit this request by calling us at the same telephone number listed above or visiting a TD Store location, during lobby hours. Additionally, if you're enrolled for online banking, you may also submit this request by sending an online Secure Message after logging onto your online account. Please also note, depending on the copies you are looking for, fees may apply.
