Thanks for reaching out to us, Carl! Great to have you here on TD Helps and it's our pleasure to assist you.
First, to get you started we invite you to contact one of our Small Business Banking Specialists directly at 855-278-8988. If you prefer, you can also request a call! Just fill in the form here: http://bit.ly/1wCcdLV and a Specialist will contact you. They'll be able to put you in contact with the proper Representative at a Store close to you and your business, and schedule you an appointment there so that you can discuss your business banking needs.
In case you're reaching out to us for new account options, if you'd like to review the Business Checking options we offer please visit http://bit.ly/1uCacgJ, or feel free to use our Business Checking Selector tool: http://bit.ly/1lGeYmw to make sure you have the best product for you. If you need assistance while reviewing these options, a Business Specialist would be a happy to help as above. If you found an account you like, you may open a business account at any TD Bank location.
When visiting a store, if you're opening an account you'll need the following documents: a valid photo ID (Driver's License, Passport, Military ID, etc.) and your Social Security number. if your business account is going to have multiple signers, be sure to bring them with you for the account opening process with the same forms of ID. If any of the signers are non-residents of the US, they would need two valid forms of I.D. and a W-8BEN form. You will also need to bring the Tax Identification number for the business, legal name, and physical address.
Also, please note that depending on the type of business you have, there may be additional documents you will need to bring with you. We'd recommend that you discuss this prior to stopping in at a Store, either by speaking with one of our Business Specialists as mentioned above or by contacting your preferred location. The telephone numbers for our Stores are listed at our Location Finder here: http://bit.ly/TDStores, and also feel free to use this link once you have your appointment.
We hope this helps get you started, Carl! Thanks again for choosing us and best of luck to you with your business!
