Hi, I am going to The Netherlands for 2 weeks. I have a verification for my TD account that includes a text message. I am not sure if I can receive text messages while I am there. Can I turn the text message notification off for the time being or change it to e-mail?

Having access to your account while on the go is very important, Thirsa, and we'd be glad to help you stay connected while away.
You're able to update your single-use security code settings by while signed in to Online or Mobile Banking.
To update your settings for the single-use security codes using Online Banking, please follow the steps below:
-Sign in to your account here: https://go.td.com/2H8iXLO
-Select your name in top right of screen
-Click on "Update Personal Settings"
-"Update Security Settings" to edit: Phone number and/or e-mail
Note the option to get a security code at every login (you control this setting).
From within the Mobile Banking App:
-Select your initials in the top right hand corner when accessing the Mobile Banking App
-Select Update Profile Settings
-Select Update Security Settings
-Edit phone and/or e-mail, as needed
-Choose if you prefer to get a security code at every login
By updating your settings, you're able to add an international telephone number to your profile for the use of text/calling to receive your single-use security code.

To send a secure message using Online Banking, please sign in here: http://go.td.com/1eaISlq and select 'Send a secure message' located by selecting Account Options followed by Account Services. For Mobile Banking, select the option to 'Contact Us' followed by 'Send a secure message' after signing in. If you choose to send a secure be sure to include the specific dates and destinations of your trip.
