I've done everything I can think of and even tried to enter my numbers to try to activate it and it still says the same thing. please help me.....

If you have trouble activating your card by dialing the number above, we recommend reaching out to our Banking Specialists. You are able to call a Specialist 24/7 at 888-751-9000. They would be glad to help you activate your debit card.
