Hi! Currently I am in another country. I am an international student and when I tried to log in my account I forgot the answer of a security question. Then I clicked on "forgot my password", but then I need to put in the SSN number. The problem is that when I opened the account, I did not have a SSN, although now I have. My account is now being locked on since I have tried tree times for the security question. Could you tell me what I can do now to get my account into use?

Thanks for making a stop at TD Helps, Yi. We are sorry to hear about your difficulties and would be glad to help point you in the right direction.
Although a Social Security number is needed to reset your password via our self-service feature here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq and as you mentioned you do not have a Social Security number, we are happy to inform you that we can still help!
By connecting with a Banking Specialists, after account verification, we'd be happy to help get you back up and running. To connect with us from overseas, please dial 856-751-9000 or 215-569-0518 via landline with an Operator's assistance. We are available 24/7 and would be happy to help!
We hope this helps, Yi. If you need anything else, please let us know.
