Thanks for taking the time to write in to us here at TD Helps, Andrew. As a TD Bank customer, you have a couple to transfer funds from your TD Bank account to another individual's account (whether they are TD or non-TD Customers). We'd like to go over these options with you. First, you may like to take advantage of our Person-to-Person Payments service, which may best fit your needs and is the electronic option we can offer you. It will allow you to transfer funds from your TD Bank account to any other individual's bank account within the United States. In order to be eligible to use this service, you must have a U.S. address, a unique United States phone number, a United States-issued Social Security number and a valid unique email address. You must also be enrolled for Online Banking and be using a TD Bank Checking or Money Market account for the transfer. If you're not yet enrolled, you can do so for free here: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY. You will need your Social Security number, your TD Bank ATM/Visa Debit Card, your account number, and your email address. If you do not have a debit or ATM card, please call our Banking Specialists 24/7 at 888-751-9000 to enroll. Or feel free to visit us during lobby hours and please click here: http://bit.ly/TDStores to find a TD Bank near you. Once you have logged into your Online Banking, you may click on the tab at the top of the page titled "Person-to-Person Payments." You will then be asked to accept a user agreement, review the fee schedule and confirm your email and phone number. A text and email code will be sent to the mobile number and email address we have on file for you. Next we will request you to submit both codes for verification to complete the enrollment process. Once the enrollment is complete you’ll be ready to send a payment! If your funds recipient is comfortable providing you with their account information, you can send the funds directly with no additional steps needed on their part. Otherwise, you can provide their email address or mobile number and they can accept the transfer at their convenience. You will have two delivery options when sending a Person-to-Person payment; there are three-day and next-day options. To qualify for the next-day delivery option, you must wait 90 days from your first successful three-day transfer and must not have had any transactions that overdrew your account in the past 90 days. For the information on Popmoney Payments Services Terms and Conditions, including the limits which apply for this service, please check out this link: http://bit.ly/1pADlWD (specifically Pg. 3, Section 1.16 for information on the payment methods and Amounts). Please also note that there may be fees for the use of the above service. We invite you to take a look at our Fee Schedule here: http://bit.ly/1cTejgt. If a Person-to-Person Payment is not the best option for you, you might also like to take advantage of our Bill Pay Service. Kindly note that when sending funds to an individual using Bill Pay, in most cases the payments will be sent in the form of a paper check. When doing so, for bills sent by check you will also be more than welcome to add a Memo to it for your records, and the records of your recipient, if you prefer. Once you are enrolled in Online Banking as we wrote to you about previously, you can log in here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. To begin using Bill Pay, once you're logged in please select the "Bill Pay" tab. You will then be asked to accept the Bill Pay user agreement. Once accepted, you can then immediately begin scheduling your bills! Please follow any prompts to get started. If you have any questions at all, you are always welcome to contact us 24/7 at 888-751-9000, or stop in and see us! We're available at these locations and times: http://bit.ly/TDStores, We hope this information is useful and let us know if you have any questions, Andrew!
