While trying to pay bills, a screen came up saying if it didn't come up to check browser in case the pop-ups are blocked. Need your help doing this

Sorry you're having trouble accessing the Bill Pay feature through your Online Banking. We'll be happy to walk you through the steps to make sure you are up and running again. To start, please be sure that you are using a newer version of Internet Explorer as other browsers may not display your information correctly. Next, please review your computers security settings and make sure that tdbank.com is one of your trusted sites. If you have a pop-up blocker enabled, it will not allow the fixed payment window or the check view window to be displayed. You may check the pop-up blocker setting by clicking the Tools Menu and then the Internet options tab.
If you are still unable to proceed, please contact our TD Bank On-line Department at 1-800-493-7562 and an Online Specialist will be happy to assist you.
