Is it possible to edit the MEMO once the payment is made?

When scheduling a Bill Payment via TD Bank Online Bill Pay, you'll be able to enter a Memo for any items that will be issued in the form of a paper check. This memo can be seen on the check by your Biller when they receive it. We apologize; however, once the payment is sent, you are unable to change this memo. If you have any further questions regarding Bill Pay, feel free to give our Tech Support a call at 800-493-7562 option 3.
