Hello TD Bank Team,
Every month I transfer the same amount of money to another bank using TD Bank bill pay.
I have doing this for 3 years.
Recently the amount was supposed to reach the other bank by 01062017.
Today is 01162017 and still the receiving bank has not got the TD Bank check.
TD Bank customer service claims that the check went out on 01062017 and no postal problems.
The receiving bank did an investigation and no record of the TD bank check yet.
I am overseas and I need this $2800.00
Who can I call and how can I get this resolved?

We understand your concern, John. We'd be glad to point you in the right direction.
As you've mentioned that you've contacted our Banking Specialists already, we recommend simply rescheduling the payment either using Bill Pay or by contacting the payee directly for alternate payment options. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
We also recommend placing a stop payment on the check in question. You are able to place a stop payment while logged in to your online account via the Customer Service tab, by calling us 24/7 at 856-751-9000 or 215-569-0518 collect from a landline telephone or by visiting a TD Store when you're back in the U.S.
