If I setup automatic bill payment on the side of my utility company, is TD Bank going to charge me fees?

Welcome to TD Helps, Afra! We'd be glad to review Bill Pay with you.
TD Online Bill Pay is free of charge and easy to set up once online. In order to enroll in Bill Pay, you must first be enrolled in Online Banking. You're able to sign up here: https://go.td.com/2FHYCjh. By following the link, you will be walked through the enrollment prompts. Be sure to have your account number, ATM/debit card, Social Security Number and email address handy during the enrollment process.

Once enrolled for Online Banking, you can also use Mobile Banking. Feel free to learn more about the Mobile Banking app here: https://go.td.com/2RunflD.
When you're ready to sign up for Bill Pay, please sign in here: https://go.td.com/2H8iXLO and select the 'Bill Pay' tab. You will then need to select the Enroll now button to sign up. The prompts will ask if your email address is correct and ask that you accept the Bill Pay user agreement. Once complete, you're ready to start creating Billers!
You can create a Biller by completing the steps below:
-Click on the 'Bill Pay' tab located at the top of your screen
-Click on the 'Payment Center' tab
-Click 'Add a Company or Person'
-You may search the name of the biller in the search bar or select appropriate category (Utilities, Phone, etc.) to locate the biller. If the biller can't be found in our bill pay system, you must click 'Other company'
-Fill in all required fields
-Once this has been completed, click on the 'Add' button in green
-Select 'Finish' to return to the 'Payment Center'
Once a Biller is created, you're able to schedule a payment for them! You're able to do so by following the steps below:
-Click on 'Bill Pay' tab
-Locate the biller that you would like to pay
-Select the TD account you would like to 'Pay From'
-Enter the amount of the payment in the 'Amount' box
-Select a Payment Date in the 'Deliver By' box
-Click 'Make Payments' at the bottom of screen
-Verify the payment details are accurate and then click 'Submit Payments'
Bill Pay's features are also available using the Mobile Banking app by selecting 'Pay a Bill' once you open the app. You have the option to pay bills using existing Billers or create a new biller on the go!
