I'm currently in the UK. I've placed an order with my TD bank card. The website was having problems even after I placed the order. I checked my account with them and they said that I didn't have any current orders. On my third attempt, the rejection was that my card was declined. I checked my TD bank account and it shows that an order was billed. It also appears that there is an overdraft fee. Could it be that I was billed for the other two attempts even though my account with the company showed no orders?
