I am currently abroad and it looks like my debit and credit cards are blocked. I was looking for international number I could call to, but could not find any. Is there any way I could chat with someone regarding this issue or if you could send me international phone number I could call.

We're sorry to hear that your debit card and credit card are blocked. We will be sure to provide you with some helpful information today.
While you are out of the country you may send us a Secured Message from within your Online Banking account regarding your debit card.. Please log in here: https://go.td.com/1eaISlq and then on the left hand side of the page you'll see the option to Send a Message under the Message Center. In your message please detail the issue you're having with your card. Also, if you have not yet given us your travel locations and dates, we recommend sending this information in your note.
If you are not enrolled for Online Banking, you can do so for free here: https://go.td.com/1lU2qfY. You will need your Social Security number, TD Bank ATM/Visa Debit Card number, your account number and e-mail address. Once you have successfully enrolled, you will have immediate access to your account(s).
We'd also like to confirm the telephone numbers to dial while you're out of the country as you mentioned you were in South East Asia. You may call us from outside the US by dialing 1-856-751-9000 or by calling collect, with operator assistance, by asking the operator to dial 1-215-569-0518. This call will have to be completed with a land line telephone.
We also advise you to contact our 24/7 Credit Card Specialists at 1-706-644-3266 via collect. Once our Specialists verify your account information they'll be able to pin point why your card is being blocked.
We hope you enjoy the rest of your trip!
