I signed up for a “new” account online on September 5th when the promotion for $300 bonus was advertised. I have met the requirements for $2500 direct deposit. Is it 90 days from the date you accumulate the $2500 in direct deposit, or 90 days from when you open the account.

Depending on the promotion you signed up under, the rules and time frames may vary. We've been offering both online and mailer promotions. If you opened your account online through the special promotional link on September 5th, you should receive your credit within 95 days from the account opening date as long as all of the requirements have been met.
If 95 days pass and you do not receive your credit, we'd be glad to look into it for you. Just give us a call at 888-751-9000. We have Specialists available 24/7 who would be happy to review your account for eligibility. You can also send us your request by secure message through your online or mobile banking. To send a secure message, log into your TD Bank online profile by clicking here: https://go.td.com/1eaISlq. Once you've successfully logged in, look for the 'Message Center' on the left hand side and select 'Send a secure message'. From your Mobile Banking, log in and select 'Send a Secure Message' from the side Menu. We can generally respond within 24 hours or less.
