Good morning, King-Hung!
We appreciate you bringing your questions to TD Helps today.
When you have a joint account with TD Bank, as long as both you and the other signer, in this case your wife, have separate Debit or ATM Cards for your account, you will each have your own limits set.
The limit for ATM withdrawals is typically $762.00 per day; however, if you would like to request to have this raised, you're more than welcome to do so!
Our Banking Specialists are able to assist you over the phone, and can be reached 24/7 at 1-888-751-9000. You're also able to make this request by sending a Secure Message via your Online Banking. To send a secure message, you will first want to log into your TD Bank online profile by clicking here: https://go.td.com/1eaISlq. Once you've successfully logged in, look for the 'Message Center' on the left hand side and select 'Send a secure message'.
If you have downloaded our mobile banking app for your smartphone, you may also use this method to send a secure message. From your Mobile Banking, log in and select 'Send a Secure Message' from the side Menu. We generally respond within 24 hours or less.
It's important to note that a Specialist will only be able to complete a limit increase for a 24 hour period if you make your request by phone or by sending a secure message. However, if you would like to make a permanent request to have your limit increased, you're welcome to visit a TD Store location. Our Customer Service Representatives are available during lobby hours, and they'll be more than happy to help! To take a look at Store locations and their hours, please visit http://go.td.com/1f9DSJR.
If you have any additional questions about limits on your account, or increases, please don't hesitate to contact us at the number above, and we'll be happy to help!
Thanks for stopping by today, King-Hung. Have a great rest of your day!
