i tried to make online purchase with both TD debit and TD credit card and both were rejected. plenty of cash in checking account. why is this happening?

As this is pertaining to your specific account, we invite you to give us a call directly. If this is in regards to your TD Bank debit card, please contact us 24/7 at 888-751-9000. For your TD Bank credit card, we can be reached at 888-561-8861. After account verification, we will be happy to review your account and answer any questions you may have.
Also, you are able to send us a secure message by logging in to your online account. To send a secure message from Online Banking, you must first log on to your TD Bank online profile. You can do so by clicking here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. On the left hand side, you should see an option to "Send a secure message" located in the “Message Center."
