Suddenly a few weeks ago I started consistently having the issue that whenever I click on the online banking login, and get to the screen where you enter your username and password, it does not stop loading. It constantly reloads every time it has loaded and doesn't allow you to type anything. It works if I stop the page from loading right at the perfect moment, but if you do it a split second too early or too late you can't log in. I am using Chrome which I was always using, it is up to date, and I don't have any new extensions.

In a situation such as the one you described, the first thing we typically recommend doing is making sure your browser is up to date. Since you've already done that, the next thing we suggest is clearing your cache, disabling any plug ins or themes and restore your browser defaults. Please also make sure that your browser is accepting cookies.
