I live in Florida but I am planning to move to Canada within the next two years, however I would like to start working on my Canadian Credit History from now to avoid starting from the scratch once I move there.
I would like to know if I can apply for a Canadian credit card in US$ (even if I have to leave some funds blocked as guarantee) so I can use it in the United States and pay it through Cross-Border banking.
