Hi! I completed all the information in Saturday regarding my business, I have my confirmation number but I haven't received any email nor information with my username and password. My confirmation number is XXXXXX.

After you submit your online application to enroll in BusinessDirect, we ask that you please allow two full business days to receive the email.
If this span of time has already passed and you do not think you've received the email containing your User ID and password, we recommend checking your email's junk/spam folders as it may have been directed there automatically.
