I have opened a U.S. Delaware corporation and would like to open an account in the U.S. The company has an EIN number. The signing officers are not U.S. citizens and reside outside the U.S.
What documents are required to open an account?

Thank you for your interest in opening a business account with TD, Allan. We'd be glad to help.
In order to open a business account, the account signer(s) must visit a TD Bank Store and be present for the account opening process along with the following documents: a valid photo I.D. (Driver's License, Passport, Military I.D. etc.) and Social Security Number. For a non-resident aliens opening a business account, you will need two valid forms of ID and a W-8Ben must be completed during the account opening process. Be sure to bring the Tax Identification number for your business.
To take a look at TD Stores you would like to visit please use our Store Locator found here: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
