I normally receive my business checking account statment in the mail on the 6th of every month without fail. I have still not received it this month. Is there a reason for the delay?

Just to confirm, April month end was a Thursday. Does that mean the statements are processed on Friday May 1st? Does it only take one day to print and mail statements? Just trying to get an estimate as to when they would have been mailed out... 5/4? 5/5?
Thanks so much for your help.

Welcome back, Lisa! We'll be glad to clarify your question regarding the processing of your statements.
Since April ended on a Thursday, the following day, May 1st, is when your statements began to process. Typically, processing can take 3-5 business days and once processing is complete, your statement will be mailed to the address we have on file; this time frame also depends on your postal service as well. As mentioned in the previous response, you may view your full statements through online banking too.
We hope this answers you question and come by any time you have question, Lisa. Take care and have a great weekend!
