I have a business direct account for our condo association and was just charged a $25 maintenance fee. What is that for?

Here at TD Bank, we offer a wide array of Business accounts. Please understand, the fee schedule may differ depending on the product account type in which you have. We invite you to check out http://bit.ly/1g6XLGz for information about the Small Business accounts we offer, which will include further details on each account type. Once you are on this page, you may click on "Compare Accounts" and then locate the account type you currently have. Underneath the account name, please click on "View Account Guide" it will take you to the page where you can find our current Fee Schedule for your particular product type.
If you do not know your account type, it can be found towards the top left side of your statement. If you do not have a statement, there are ways which you can still learn your account type. You may give us a call at 800-493-7562, option 2 and our Small Business Team will be happy to help 24/7. You may also send us a Secure Message to request your account type.
If you are enrolled for Online Banking, you may send a Secure Message using www.tdbank.com. To send a Secure Message you must first logon to your TD Bank Online profile. You can do so by clicking here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. On the left hand side, you should see an option to "Send a secure message" located in the “Message Center." If you are enrolled for our TD Bank BusinessDirect, you may use this link to logon http://bit.ly/1rvBmq8 and send a Secure Message.
If you are currently not enrolled for TD Bank BusinessDirect and you have your debit card, follow this link: http://bit.ly/1dl2HX6. Once you’re at the “Sign Up for TD Bank BusinessDirect” page, please complete the application. You will need your Business Taxpayer Identification number, account number, ATM/Debit card number, the business name, and your e-mail address. When you are finished with the application, you will receive an e-mail confirmation within 2 business days that contains your User ID and password. In case you don't have a debit card or would like to have immediate access to Online Banking, you could visit your local TD Bank Store for help.
