Good evening, John! Welcome to TD Helps and thanks for writing in tonight.
Statements for business accounts typically close on the last date of each month. To answer your question, please allow up to 5 business days for processing and mailing after the statement end date, and additional time for delivery.
In the interim, you are more than welcome to take a look at your statements online and we'll be happy to tell you how.
If you are enrolled for our BusinessDirect Online Banking, after logging in your account at http://bit.ly/1rvBmq8, please follow the steps below:
-Click on the accounts link at the top of the screen -Click “Statements” -Choose the statement period you would like to view and click “View Statement” -You may then click the print icon if you would like to print a copy of your statements
Or, if you use our Retail Online Banking to view your business account, log in here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq and use these instructions:
-Click on the accounts link at the top of the screen -Click on the checking account number you would like to view statements on -Click on the “Statements” tab -Choose the statement period you would like to view and click “View Statement” -You may then click the print icon if you would like to print a copy of your statement
If you're not currently enrolled for online banking and wish to do so, for a business account with us you may start here: http://bit.ly/1dl2HX6. You'll need your account number, TD Bank ATM/Debit card, your Taxpayer Identification Number and your e-mail address. When signing up for BusinessDirect, you will receive an e-mail confirmation within two business days that contains your initial User ID and password for login purposes. If you prefer immediate access, you can stop in to any TD Bank Store to sign up. We're available at these locations and times for you: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
If you prefer, you can also stop in to request a copy of the statement. In most cases we can print one out for you while you wait!
Hope this helps a bit, John and have a great weekend.
