I set up an account online and was not prompted to call in to verify anything. I received my debit card and savings card in the mail and I want to set up online banking but I do not have any account numbers. I have called twice and they are asking for a phone password that does not exist in need help without having to go to a branch.

Thanks for contacting TD Helps today, LaQuel. We'll be happy to help in the best way we can.
Please understand that as TD Helps is not considered a secure forum, we do not have access to Customer sensitive information. However, based off your concerns, it sounds like you currently have a password protecting your account. When contacting a Live Customer Service Representative over the phone, if a password is set up on your account, this will need to be provided before any account specific information may be released.
If you are having trouble remembering a password that you may have set up on your account, we recommend visiting your nearest TD Store location, during lobby hours, with proper I.D. to receive further assistance from one of our dedicated Specialist. To take a look at Store locations and their hours please visit http://go.td.com/1f9DSJR.
We hope this helped answer your question, LaQuel, and please enjoy the rest of your day.
