I got a call from TD about my card being stolen but live in Europe and I am not able to call them back. Is there a whatsapp, Skype or FaceTime number I can try? Or some other way to follow up on this?

This does sound concerning, Meaghan, and we'd be glad to point you in the right direction. If you're unable to call from abroad, you're always able to send a secure message. To send a secure message using Online Banking, please sign in here: http://go.td.com/1eaISlq and select 'Send a secure message' located in the 'Message Center' on the left hand side of the page. For Mobile Banking, select the option to 'Contact Us' followed by 'Send a secure message' after signing in. Once your message is received, our Specialists will be glad to review the transaction in question and help you remove any restriction on your debit card. If you are able to call, we are available by dialing 856-751-9000 (215-569-0518 collect from any landline telephone). Looking forward to hearing from you, Meaghan. Have a good day!
