Welcome to the TD Helps community, Daniel. We'd be glad to discuss direct deposit.
If your clients are business Customers with TD using our business online platform BusinessDirect, they may send funds to you directly using the ACH feature available in that system. This would effectively work as a direct deposit to your account. Please note, however, that this feature cannot be used to request or pull funds, meaning that you would not be able to initiate the debit from their account using your own BusinessDirect account.
Please feel free to take a look here: https://go.td.com/2iTGSBf to learn more about what BusinessDirect has to offer and share with your clients if you'd like!
If they do bank with us, they can sign in to BusinessDirect on this page: https://go.td.com/1rvBmq8. If they're not currently enrolled, they can complete the form at: https://go.td.com/1dl2HX6 and will typically be able to view their accounts within 2 business days.
For any questions, you or your clients may contact a Small Business Banker at 800-493-7562, option 2.
Please know that TD BusinessDirect is available for all TD Bank business account holders. If your clients bank with other financial institutions, however, their payment options may vary. We recommend that they reach out to their financial institution to discuss their payment capabilities in greater detail. Please know that your business account with us can accept direct deposits, if they find a method to send them over.
If we misunderstood your inquiry, Daniel, feel free to reply! Have a great day!
