Welcome to TD Helps, John! We'd be glad to help with loan information!
A variety of factors are reviewed when a loan application is submitted though you've only mentioned a few of them!
We encourage the applicant to review our lending options here: https://go.td.com/1f9XZWu.
Once she has decided on a loan that she'd like to apply for, we recommend that she reaches out to our Financial Solutions Group Specialists directly to discuss her specific lending scenario. We will be able to advise in better detail regarding possible income requirements at that time as well. The applicant is able to call us 24/7 at 800-937-5020.
If she prefers to speak with a Specialist in person, we encourage her to visit any TD Store during lobby hours. To take a look at Store locations and their hours please visit: http://go.td.com/1f9DSJR.
After she is ready to apply, she can do so by calling the number mentioned above, by visiting a TD Store or submitting an application online by selecting 'Apply Now.' Please know that regardless of the method chosen, applicants will need a Social Security Number and a valid photo I.D. (Driver's License, Passport, Military I.D. etc.).
Keep in mind that after the first 10 business days after an application is submitted, we will send a letter via standard mail with the loan application decision enclosed.
We hope this helps, John. Have a good day!
