I am a non resident of the U.S and Canada but i have a non resident debit card with TD Bank. Is it possible to get a credit card from TD Bank if I'm not a resident of either country hence i don't have credit because i don't have a social security number.

In order to apply for a TD Visa Credit Card, you need to be either a U.S. Citizen or a permanent resident of the United States, have a current U.S. street address within TD footprints, have a U.S. Social Security number and must be at least 18 years of age or older. Once you are ready to apply, you may apply online or call us 24/7 at 888-561-0608. Once we receive your application, you should expect to receive a decision via mail within 7-10 business days after the application is submitted. You can also stop by any TD Bank Store during normal lobby hours for help with TD Visa Credit Card application or to check on an existing application status. Please note; if you are between the age of 18 and 21, you must submit your credit card application at a TD Bank Store location.
