Although the original TD Debit card that was used is currently closed, we are happy to inform you that you will still be able to receive a refund. Please note, Credits for merchant returns typically takes 3-5 business days to be credited back onto your TD Bank account, in this case it may take longer as the card used was closed.
If the sufficient time has passed and you still have not received the refunds, please feel free to contact us 24/7 at 888-751-9000 or stop by any of the TD Store locations in your area. Brian the debit card i have now is for a completely different account being that the company that is refunding my account is too far for me to pick up a check they asked for a different debit card i just want to make sure 100% that there will be no problems at all in receiving a credit
