Good morning, and welcome to TD Helps, Keven!
We're happy to hear that you're interested in joining the TD Family, and based on the information you have provided us with, it sounds as if you are attempting to open an account via our website, www.tdbank.com. As you are on the West Coast, we'll be happy to provide you with ways in which you may open a TD account from your current location.
To start, if you have not done so already, we recommend taking a look at the types of accounts we offer to determine which one may best fit your needs. If you were hoping to open a Checking account, feel free to view our Checking accounts here: https://go.td.com/2eQORxu. If you were interested in a Savings account, you may check out this link: https://go.td.com/2bSlkVn for more info. If you're having trouble deciding, feel free to use our Selector Tool here: https://go.td.com/2sx4N2E. After answering a few simple questions based on your needs, we'll provide you with a personalized account recommendation!
Once you've decided on the type of account you want to open, we invite you to call us directly (888) 751-9000. Our Banking Specialist are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and will gladly answer any questions you may have, as well as set up an account for you on the spot! Similarly to opening an account using our website, be sure to have your Social Security Number handy, as well as a form of ID, as they will be needed to properly open your account.
We hope this helps, Keven, and if you have any questions, please don't hesitate to ask! We're always here to help.
Have a great weekend!
