I just received my savings debit card, and just curious if I am able to use it to make purchases like a regular debit card, or am I only able to use it at an atm?

Thanks for your question, Rose. We'd be glad to discuss.
Please know that a savings account is able to be linked to an existing debit card that also has a checking account linked to it as the primary account and savings accounts are eligible for ATM only cards.
To determine if your card is an ATM or debit card, we ask that you contact us directly for help. To do so, you are able to contact us 24/7 by dialing 888-751-9000 or by visiting a TD Store during lobby hours. To take a look at Store locations and their hours please visit http://go.td.com/1f9DSJR.
