I want to buy a Visa Gift Card at my local CVS Pharmacy for my grandchildren in Germany. Can they spent it in Germany and are there any fees to myself or them?

Thank you for joining us on TD Helps, Connie. While we can't speak for all gift cards purchased at CVS, we're happy to report that you can use a TD Bank Gift Card.
You may use TD Gift Card anywhere VISA is accepted worldwide for no additional fee. When you make a transaction using your Gift Card, the amount charged will be converted to US dollars based on the current exchange rate. We invite you to take a look at the Terms and Conditions for our TD Gift Cards for specific details here: http://go.td.com/1o97391 (Page 4).
It is recommended to register your Gift Card prior to use. To get started, please visit: http://bit.ly/1dmtzim and follow the steps provided. Please note that your initial password will be the 3-digit security code printed on the signature panel on the back of the card. Once complete, you can make online and over the phone purchases as well as check your balance. If you experience any difficulty while trying to register or if you have any questions while you are away, we ask that you contact us directly. Please dial 1-888-294-2249 when calling from the United States and please dial direct 1-856-751-9000 or collect with operator assistance from a land line phone by asking the operator to dial 1-215-569-0518 while you are outside the United States.
If you have any other questions about your Gift Card you can also visit http://go.td.com/1cIdAj6 for Frequently Asked Questions and Answers.
We hope that this information helps out, Connie. Have a wonderful day!
