I am working with a client who has a TD Bank account. She has provided me with an account history for the dates I need, but it is not showing her name or account number and per requirements it has to show the URL and page numbers. I personally do not have a TD bank account, but I need to explain to this client how to print out the proper documentation we need.

Good afternoon, Jessica. Thanks for coming to TD Helps with your question.
We'd be happy to help your client with her statements.
If the dates that she needs to show have already posted to her statement, she can print that online. It will show her account info and page numbers. To do this, she'll need to log into her online banking and select the account for which statement she'd like to print. She'll then need to click on the 'Statements & Notices' tab. From here, she should be able to view and print any statement going back as far as April 2010.
If the dates you require have not yet posted to her account, she will not be able to print a detailed statement online. She can visit any TD Bank Store to have an interim statement printed for her. This will show all posted transactions and balances since the last statement. At this time, this type of statement is only available in our Stores. To find a location convenient to her, please click here: https://go.td.com/1nq31dc.
If she has any trouble accessing her statements or has any questions at all, please let her know that she can call us 24/7 at 888-751-9000.
We hope this information helps, Jessica. Have a great day!
