I am an Australian, about to move to Canada on a 2-Year Working Holiday Visa and wish to open a Savings Account with TD Bank for the duration of my time there. Is this possible?

I am not actually in Canada as yet, but I will be coming there as of August 9. Are you able to answer my question disregarding that I have put Toronto as my current location?

Welcome back to TD Helps, Tom! We'd be happy to clear up any questions you have.
To open an account with TD Bank in the US, it would be required to visit a TD Bank Store directly. At this time, we are located in the US on the east coast from Maine to Florida. Since you will be residing in Canada, we recommend opening an account with our partners TD Canada Trust.
We also recommend taking a look here: https://go.td.com/2aAUUd1 where our friend, Hung from TD Canada Trust has answered a similar question. You may submit your inquiry via their TD Helps page here: http://bit.ly/1qHQQns. If you wish, you may even connect with them 24/7 at 1-866-222-3456.
Hope this clears up your question, Tom! Let us know if we can be of further help and have a great day.
