Thank you for joining us on TD Helps, Rodney. We'd be happy to help you make a deposit while away.
As you've mentioned that you have a TD U.S. account, please know that TD Canada Trust is our affiliate and even though we share the same TD Shield, we are separate institutions. This being mentioned, you are unable to make a deposit at a TD Canada Trust Store and it be credited to your TD Bank account. Don't worry though, we do have options for you to make a deposit while you're away!
You may be able to use the Mobile Deposit feature via the TD Bank Mobile App. In order to use this feature, you must first be enrolled for Online Banking. If you have not enrolled yet, you can do so for free here: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY. You will need your account number, Social Security Number, your ATM/Visa Debit Card and your email address.
If you run into any difficulties, please contact our Banking Specialists 24/7 at 888-751-9000. Once you have successfully enrolled, you can then download the TD Bank Mobile App. Please click here for to input your phone number for a text message of the link: http://bit.ly/1opBqUt. Keep in mind that the Mobile Deposit feature is available for iPhone and Android devices at this time.
After the completing the download of the Mobile Banking App, you will be asked to accept the Terms and Conditions of the feature before using it. Once complete, you can start using this feature! For more information on TD Bank Mobile Deposit Addendum, please take a look here: http://bit.ly/1ff8byL.

Some tips to consider prior to mailing your deposit include:
- Cash should not be sent through the mail
- Payee of the check and name on deposit ticket should be the same
- Checks should be endorsed (and restricted for deposit only)
- Multiple checks should be listed and a total of the deposit listed
- Enclose the deposit ticket, not the carbon copy
- If using a blank deposit ticket, please write account number clearly
- Do not staple transactions
If you have further questions, feel free to visit us here on TD Helps or contact us 24/7 by dialing the number mentioned above.
We hope this helps, Rodney and have a good day.
