I would like to access a check from the September 2014 Statement. I can bring up the statement but do not see where I can look at and print out a copy of a check from that statement.

Hey JoAnn, welcome to TD Helps. We would be happy to help.
First, you may follow the steps below to determine if this check has posted to your account during your current or previous statement cycle. In order to do so, please first access your Online Banking by using your user Name and Password and then follow the instructions below to locate the check image:
If you are using our Retail online site, please use this link to sign on first: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq:
1. Click on the Accounts tab
2. Click on the blue hyperlink of your account's name
3. Click on "Power Search" link, which is located on the right hand side of Account History.
4. Enter the Check Number you are looking for and click on Search.
If the check has been presented for payment, click on the “View Check Image” link next to Check Number to obtain a front and back copy of the check.
If you are using our BusinessDirect online site, please use this link to sign on first: http://bit.ly/1rvBmq8
1. Click on the Accounts tab
2. Click on the blue hyperlink of your account name
3. From the drop down arrow, select "Show All," it is under Account History
4. From the drop down arrow, select "Check," it is next to Type
5. Enter the Check Number you are looking for in "From Check" field
If the check has been presented for payment, click on the “View” link under the “Check Image” column located on the far right hand side of the screen to obtain a front and back copy of the check.
If you are unable to locate this check after following the instructions listed above, you will need to search your previous statements for additional information. If you are signed up for Paperless Statements and need to look for your checks outside the last 60 days of activity, check images should have been included on the last page of your statements and you may view them by selecting the "Statements" tab.
If these weren't printed on your statement, you may send us a secure message, via your Online Banking, regarding your request. To send a secure message, select the "Customer Service" tab and beneath "Message Center" choose "Other Copy Requests." On the new page, there will be a message field and a drop down menu where you can choose your account. To make a request for check images, you would need to select Check Copy. You will then be directed to select and fill out details about the check images that you're requesting including the date, amount and check number.
You also have the option of requesting check images via fax. To do so, please send your request to our Fulfillment Department at 856-533-1138. Include your full name, account number, the check number, check amount, your signature and a brief statement about your request.
You may call us 24/7 at 888-751-9000 to request the copies you're looking for. After account verification, we'll be glad to put in the request, and then you will receive the copies in the mail within 7-10 business days.
As always, you're welcome to visit a TD location during lobby hours to request your check copies as well. For Store hours, please view this link: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
Please note that there may be fees associated with this request. To take a look in greater detail, we invite you to view our Fee Schedule: http://bit.ly/1cTejgt (under " Copies").
We hope this helps, JoAnn. Let us know if you have any other questions.
