Thank you for reaching out to us on TD Helps, Gerald. We'd be happy to help.
If you are enrolled in Online Banking, you can monitor your accounts, set alerts, pay bills and more! If you are not currently enrolled you may do so anytime by visiting http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY. You will need your account number, ATM/Visa Debit Card number, Social Security number and email address to complete the process. If you have any trouble enrolling, you may contact us directly for assistance 24/7 by dialing 888-751-9000 or by visiting us during lobby hours at any TD Store. For Store hours and locations near you please visit http://bit.ly/TDStores.
If you are currently enrolled, you may log in at any time here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq.
Once logged in, you can monitor your accounts by selecting the "Accounts" tab. There you have access to your most recent transactions and statement history.
TD Bank offers e-mail alerts. If you chose to have your statements electronically delivered to you, you will receive an email alert stating when it is available for viewing. You will also receive an email alert if you chose to be notified of your balance threshold or when a new secure message has come through the TD Bank website. You can view more information on how to set these alerts by logging onto your Online Banking and clicking the “Alerts” tab. After clicking the "Alerts" tab you will then choose "Set up a new Alert." Online Banking will then ask you to specify what type of alert you are creating and once you do, please select "Continue." You will then be asked to select the account you'd like the alert for, the type of alert and the dollar amount of your alert. By selecting "Finish," your alert will be saved.
You may also send us a Secure Message through your Online Banking to send a Travel Notification. To send a secure message you must first logon to your TD Bank online profile as mentioned above. On the left hand side, you should see an option to "Send a secure message" located in the “Message Center."
If you have any trouble with any aspect of Online Banking, feel free to ask us a question here, visit a TD Store or call the number listed earlier and we'll be glad to help!
Have a good day, Gerald.
