Welcome to TD Helps, Nadeen! We'll be happy to help out!
Please keep in mind, TD Bank retains seven years of account history in our records. If your account was closed within this time frame and you'd like to access your prior statements, don't worry as we have some ways that this can be done.
If the account was closed in the past few months and you have another account that is open, you can request statement copies with one of our Banking Specialists and we can mail them out to you to the address we have on record. Please call Customer Service 24/7 at 888-751-9000 for assistance, anytime it's convenient for you. Please note, you should expect to receive the copies in approximately 7 to 10 business days.
If you no longer have the account number or do not have another active account, you may request statements by stopping by any local TD Bank Store, during lobby hours. Any one of our dedicated Customer Service Specialists would be able to assist. If the statements are recent, we may be able to provide you with the copies during your visit. We recommend contacting the TD Bank Store prior to stopping in, and to find a TD Bank near you, check out http://bit.ly/TDStores.
We are here for you anytime, so don't hesitate to ask if you have any further questions, Nadeen!
