Thanks for reaching out today, Holly. We'll be happy to help.
Please know that our system retains up to seven years of account history in our records. If your account was closed within this time frame and you'd like to access your prior statements, there are a few ways that this can be done!
If the account was closed recently, or you have the account number, and you have another active account with us, you can request statement copies over the phone with a Representative. We would be able to mail them to the address we have on record. You may reach us by phone, 24/7, at 888-751-9000. Please note, you should expect to receive the copies approximately 7 to 10 business days after your request has been received and processed.
If you no longer have an active account with us, or your account was closed some time ago and you no longer have the account number, you would have to visit a TD Bank Store to obtain statement copies for the account. You may click here: https://go.td.com/2xdA4Gs to view our Store locations and hours.
We hope you find this information useful, Holly. Enjoy the rest of your day.
