Thanks for coming by TD Helps, Joshua.
If you are currently utilizing TD Online Banking and your account is listed as inactive, you would still have the ability to view the account information. If you are not enrolled, you will need to activate the account by making a deposit or withdrawal at any local TD Store. To locate a TD Store near you, check out: http://bit.ly/TDStores. Once your account is in an active status, you may sit with a Specialist for assistance with enrolling for Online Banking or give us a call 24/7 at 888-751-9000. Upon account verification, we would be happy to help.
However, if your account is closed, you would not have the ability to view the information Online. If you need assistance or copies of statements, we ask that you visit your local TD Store during lobby hours.
If you have any other questions, please feel free to call us at the number listed above or let us know.
We hope this helps, Joshua. Have a great one!
