I got new debit card in the mail since my last one expired. I tried activating it by calling but it says they don't have my security information. Is there any way I can do that online?

As you've mentioned that you already tried to call to activate your new Debit Card, we recommend reaching out to us directly for assistance. You are able to call us 24/7 by dialing 888-751-9000 for assistance. Similarly you are able to visit a TD Store to activate your card during lobby hours.
