Great having you here on TD Helps, Jackie! We'll be happy to discuss this with you.
From your message, it sounds like you already have an account with us, and you'd like to add a joint owner. If this is the case, you can absolutely do so and we'll be glad to tell you how.
When it's convenient for you, you and the intended signer can visit your nearest TD Bank during lobby hours to have them added to the account. You'll both just want to bring your Social Security number and a valid personal identification such as a Driver's license, State ID, or Passport.
And when you're ready to visit a Store, you'll be happy to know that we offer convenient Store hours and locations. Please look here: http://bit.ly/TDStores for a listing in your area.
Thanks again for the question, Jackie! Hope this helps and thanks again for choosing TD!
