Thanks for your question, Joe. We'd be glad to help.
Joint account holders with a checking account are able to have separate debit cards. These cards include different information including the numbers on the front and back.
You are able to obtain debit cards by visiting any TD Store during lobby hours. You'll leave with a new card the same day! To take a look at Store locations and their hours please visit http://go.td.com/1f9DSJR.
You are also able to contact us 24/7 at 888-751-9000 or via secure message to have new debit cards mailed. To send a secure message you must first logon to your TD Bank online profile. You can do so by clicking here: http://go.td.com/1eaISlq. On the left hand side, you should see an option to "Send a secure message" located in the “Message Center."
Please know that cards requested over the phone and via secure message may take up to 7-10 business days to arrive.
We hope to hear from you soon, Joe. Have a good day!
