Please note, to apply for a TD Credit Card, you must have either a US Social Security Number or be a Canadian Citizen to submit an application with us.
If you are able to obtain a Social Security Number, then you may apply for a TD Credit Card by contacting us directly at 888-561-8861, available anytime 24/7.
