Please understand, in most instances it will be necessary to have an U.S. Social Security number to apply.
An exception would be if you are a Canadian customer and are able to verify a U.S. Residential Street address within the TD Bank footprint from Maine to Florida, you are welcome to start an application for a U.S. Visa Credit Card by selecting the following link: http://bit.ly/1vJ8Oa9. Please note, you may use your Social Insurance number and your Canadian credit history will be used as part of the application process. You're welcome to fax the application to:
