In reply to Chancelor, Norcross
Thanks for reaching out to us on TD Helps, Chancelor. We're glad to hear you're interested in opening an account with us and we're happy to help!
Since you mentioned it, you'll be pleased to know that the option to open an account is available online. We encourage you to review our Checking accounts here: http://bit.ly/1oXjGgF, or use our Checking account Selector at http://bit.ly/1vW1xnU. Also, our Savings products are listed here: http://bit.ly/1hzzhPT, or use our Savings Selector Tool at http://bit.ly/1sxY9Rd. You may use the Open Account button at these links to begin your account application.
To begin, you'll need your Social Security number and a valid personal identification such as a Driver's license, State ID, or Passport. If you open your account online, you can make your first deposit using a debit or credit card (Visa or MasterCard), or with the routing and account numbers from another financial institution you may have.
If you'd prefer to open your account by phone, feel free to give us a call 24/7 at 888-751-9000 to speak with one of our dedicated Customer Service Representatives. They will be more than happy to help, and can provide convenient deposit options for you during your call. You're also welcome to open your new account in person. If you don't have a U.S. Social Security number at this time, we invite you to visit us in person for the account opening process. You're welcome to see http://bit.ly/TDStores to search for the convenient TD Bank Store locations near you.
We hope this is helpful for you and have a great evening.
