I want to authorize one of my assistant to view my TD bank checking and saving account only, and he/she won't be able to transfer or withdraw the money in account, how can I do that?

Thanks for your question today, Angela.
Based on the information provided, it sounds like you may have a business account with us. If this is the case, and you're looking to give your assistant "view only" access to your account through online banking, you'll be happy to know that this is possible! You'll first need to log in through Business Direct here: https://go.td.com/1rvBmq8. Once you're logged in, you may click on the 'Users' tab, and 'Add New User'. After you've set up an ID for your assistant, you will be able to grant the specific access you wish them to have.
If you are not enrolled in Business Direct, please click here: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY. This link will take you directly to the 'Online Banking Sign Up' page. Please choose 'Business' from the drop down box. Once you’re at the 'Sign Up for TD Bank BusinessDirect' page, please complete the application. You will need your Business Taxpayer Identification number, account number, TD ATM/Debit card number, the business name, and your e-mail address. Once finished, you will need to visit a TD Bank Store location with photo ID to complete enrollment.
If you have a personal account that you are looking to grant your assistant access to, you would have to add your assistant as a joint signer. To do so, please visit your local TD Bank Store. To find your local Store as well as their hours, please check out this link: https://go.td.com/1nq31dc.
