I currently have a negative balance due to over draft fees. Anyways I was wondering if I was to go into one of the branches, would they allow me to make a payment plan after I cancel my account, in order to pay it back? $200 isn't something I have just laying around and want to know before I go into the bank! Thank you!

Thanks for joining us, Morgan. We're happy to provide you with more information in order to bring your account current.
At this time, we do not offer payment plans to bring an overdrawn amount to positive. Additionally, an account cannot be closed by the customer or store until the balance reaches zero.
Currently, when an account remains in an overdrawn status for sixty Calendar Days, or such earlier time that we determine that the overdraft balance would be noncollectable, the Bank will close the account and place it in collection status. This may allow time for you to bring your account balance back up, Morgan. For more information, we invite you to view our Deposit Account Agreement at: http://bit.ly/1kb17UQ (pgs. 9-10) for additional information. We'd also like to let you know that if an account continues to be overdrawn for ten consecutive business days, a sustained overdraft fee may be assessed. Please take a look here at our current Fee Schedule: http://bit.ly/1cTejgt for more information.
If you have any additional questions, please feel free to reach out to our Banking Specialists 24/7 at 888-751-9000. You may also stop by your local TD Bank Store location. To find out the nearest TD Store to you, please visit, http://bit.ly/TDStores.
We hope that this information helps, Morgan. Let us know if you have any other questions.
