The purchase I made was on October 11th and I can no longer file a dispute with PayPal for a refund because it's been more than 45 days. Their policy was updated to 180 days after I made the purchase and it is not retroactive. The product I ordered has not been shipped and the seller will not reply to my attempts at contacting them. What can I do to get my money back?
