Welcome to TD Helps, Deborah. We're happy to provide you with more information on our Mobile Deposit feature.
If you have an iPhone or Android device and are currently enrolled for Online Banking, you'll be able to use our Mobile Deposit feature. Please note that you will need to be a TD Bank Customer for at least 90 days or longer and also have an active Checking, Savings or Money Market account.
If you are not enrolled for Online Banking yet, please visit: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY. You will need your account number, ATM/debit card number and Social Security number to enroll online. If you need any assistance enrolling, you may call us and speak to one of our dedicated Banking Specialists 24/7 at 888-751-9000. You may also stop by any local TD Bank Store and they would be happy to help! Visit http://bit.ly/TDStores to view TD Bank location details and hours.
Once you've successfully enrolled for Online Banking via the TD Bank website, you can then use the TD Bank Mobile App. We encourage you to visit http://bit.ly/1hOPk1H as this will provide information on how to use the Mobile Deposit feature. You may visit http://bit.ly/1e3jiYF for a list of Frequently Asked Questions which may be helpful. If you need any further assistance, please call our Tech Support Specialists 24/7 at 800-493-7562 or you may visit your local TD Bank Store.
We hope this helps get you started, Deborah and please let us know if you have any additional questions.
